摘 要:目的建立健康中老年双下肢踝关节背屈和跖屈肌群最大等长收缩时相应肌群积分肌电值正常值参考范围。方法2015年9月至12月,收集41~75岁健康受试者110例,分为41~50岁组、51~60岁组和>60岁组,测量受试者双下肢踝关节背屈和跖屈肌群最大等长收缩时相应肌群积分肌电值。结果与结论在踝关节背屈及跖屈运动模式下,胫骨前肌、腓骨长肌、胫骨短肌、腓肠肌在不同年龄组的积分肌电值均无显著性差异(F<4.545,P>0.05);同一肌肉同一踝关节运动模式下左右侧及不同性别积分肌电值比较亦无显著性差异(F<7.028,P>0.05)。建立了健康中老年双下肢踝关节背屈和跖屈肌群最大等长收缩时相应肌群积分肌电值正常值参考范围。Objective To establish normal reference range of surface electromyography(sEMG)in related myoelectric activity whenmaximum isometric voluntary contraction of ankle dorsiflexors and plantarflexors in healthy middle to old people.Methods From Septemberto December,2015,a total of110healthy people aged41to75years were divided into41to50years group,51to60years group and>60years group according to age.The integral electrical values were measured in each subject by sEMG technique and analysis system undermaximum isometric voluntary contraction of ankle dorsiflexors and plantarflexors.Results and Conclusion Under ankle dorsiflexion andplantar flexion movement modes,no significant difference was found in the integral electrical values of tibialis anterior muscle,long peronealmuscle,short tibial muscle and gastrocnemius among different groups(F<4.545,P>0.05).No significant difference was found in the integralelectrical values of different sides and different genders(F<7.028,P>0.05).Normal reference range for integral electrical values was establishedunder maximum isometric voluntary contraction of ankle dorsiflexors and plantarflexors in healthy people.
