涤纶织物耐久性阻燃剂的合成与应用

摘　　要：以亚磷酸三乙酯、三羟甲基丙烷、甲基磷酸二甲酯为原料,合成了环状磷酸酯耐久性阻燃剂。通过红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(1H NMR)、质谱(MS)、热分析(TG-DTA)对合成阻燃剂的结构和性能进行表征。当阻燃剂用量为150 g/L、焙烘温度为170℃、焙烘时间为3 min、p H为6时,整理后涤纶织物的阻燃效果较好,测得极限氧指数为29.6%,经10次水洗后,变为28.5%。结果表明,该阻燃剂对涤纶织物具有良好的耐久阻燃效果。Cyclic phosphate ester durable flame retardant was synthesized by triethyl phosphite,trimethylolpropane and dimethyl methylphosphate as raw materials.The structure and performance characterization ofthe flame retardant were researched through FT-IR,1H NMR,MS and TG-DTA.The LOI of polyester fabricfinished by the flame retardant was29.6%and downed to28.5%after10times of washing,when the dosage of the flame retardant of150g/L,baking temperature170℃,baking time3min and the pH of6.The results showed that the flame retardant for polyester fabric had good durable flame retardant.
