摘　　要：本文总结归纳了新农村民用建筑的建设现状及存在的问题,并提出对策建议,籍此为新农村建设规划设计提供参考。This paper summarized the present status and questions in the housing construction of new rural countryside,meanwhile presented some suggestions in order to provide a reference for planning and designing rural construction.
