秸秆菱镁混凝土保温板在农房保温改造中的应用研究

摘　　要：秸秆菱镁混凝土保温板是一种自主研发的环保节能板材,通过混凝土空心砌块房的改造,研究了秸秆菱镁混凝土保温板的制作工艺和保温改造技术,测试了房屋的保温性能,并与普通砖房的保温性能进行了对比分析。通过对混凝土空心砌块房屋的保温改造,形成了较为成熟的保温改造施工工艺;对改造房进行热工分析,秸秆菱镁混凝土保温板表现出良好的保温性能,房屋保温改造效果明显。Straw MOC concrete insulation board is a kind of independent research and development of environmentalprotection and energy saving plate.Through the reform of the concrete hollow block house,the production process andinsulation reform technology of straw MOC concrete insulation board were studied;the thermal insulation performance ofthe reform house were tested;And the thermal insulation performance of ordinary brick house was compared and analyzed.Through the reform of the insulation performance of the house,mature insulation transformation technology was formed.Engineering thermal analysis of the house shows straw MOC concrete insulation board has good thermal insulationperformance and the effect of thermal insulation housing reform is obvious.
