摘　　要：该文基于美丽村庄建设,围绕农村村域生态循环构建理论,坚持3R原则,在调查我国农村现状的基础上,采用实地调查研究法、文献分析法、数据分析法及资料调查法,提出一种适合我国农村发展及规划的技术,并建立一套适合我国农村规划的技术体系,实现农村村域经济效益、社会效益及生态效益的有机统一。并以全国生态文明示范镇楼德镇为例。This paper based on the construction of the beautiful village,rural village construction around the ecological cycle theory,adhered to the principle of3R,on the basis of the research of rural China,used field investigation method,literature analysis,dataanalysis and investigation,put forward a suitable for China's rural development and planning technology to establish a set of suitable forChina's rural planning system,to achieve the organic unity of rural village of economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit.Thispaper takes the national ecological civilization demonstration town---Loude as an example.
