摘 要:本文运用脉动法,对一木丝水泥板作为永久模板建成的2层农村住房进行原位测试,得到结构脉动响应数据,通过傅立叶变换的频谱分析法获取结构的自振频率,并利用半功率带宽法准确估算出结构阻尼比。结果表明:木丝板房的自振频率为1.63 Hz,刚度较普通混凝土房屋小;横向阻尼比为1.98%,纵向阻尼比为1.78%,横向阻尼比较纵向大11.2%,该建筑的阻尼比较小,为普通混凝土房屋的1/4~2/3。本研究对此类新型村镇住房的结构设计与抗震性能研究具有指导意义。Based on the pulsating method,the structural pulsation response data was obtained by in-situ testing of a two-storyrural housing constructed as a permanent template for a wood cement board.A two-story rural housing constructed as apermanent template for a wooden cement board was tested in situ,the frequency of the structure was obtained through thespectrum analysis of Fourier transform,and estimated the structural damping ratio by half power bandwidth method.Theresult indicates that the natural vibration frequency of wood wool board houses is1.63Hz.,less rigidity than normal concretehouses,the transverse damping ratio is1.98%,the longitudinal damping ratio is1.78%,the transverse damping ratio is11.2%larger than the longitudinal.The damping of this building is relatively small,which is1/4~2/3of the ordinary concrete house.This study has guiding significance for the study of structural design and seismic performance of such new type of ruralhousing.
