当前我国脱贫致富工作应注意的几个问题及对策建议

摘　　要：当前,我国脱贫致富工作中存在着以下突出问题:混淆了发达地区脱贫工作与欠发达地区脱贫致富工作的不同;混淆了"济贫"与"扶贫"的区别;在扶贫工作中"只见树木,不见森林";对消除贫困的艰巨性认识不足;政府包揽过度及不准不公。为此,应采取以下对策:坚持以脱贫为底线,以致富为重点,全面做好脱贫致富工作;坚持以政府主导和社会力量相结合,切实做好济贫工作;坚持以微观脱贫与宏观脱贫相结合,进一步做好扶贫工作;增强对脱贫工作艰巨性的认识;转变扶贫方式,改进扶贫工作。There are many problems about poverty alleviation work in China.It has confused the difference between developed areas and developing areas in the poverty alleviation.It has confused the difference between relieving the poor and supporting the poor.We can see the trees,but we can't see the forest in the work of poverty alleviation.We are not aware of the difficulty of eliminating poverty.Our government is doing too many things about poverty alleviation work.So,the following measures should be taken.We should do a good job of casting off poverty to get rich.We should do a good job of relieving the poor.We should do a good job of supporting the poor.We should enhance the understanding of the difficulty of getting rid of poverty.We should change the way of poverty alleviation.
