摘　　要：目的:探讨分时段护理干预对纯母乳喂养依从性的效果。方法:以笔者所在医院2015年1月-2016年1月收治的60例住院分娩产妇为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组30例(给予分时段护理干预)和对照组30例(给予常规护理),对两组分娩后第1周、第4个月及第6个月时婴儿对纯母乳喂养的依从性进行对比。结果:观察组分娩后第1周、第4个月及第6个月时纯母乳喂养率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对分娩后产妇开展分时段护理干预有利于提高纯母乳喂养率,增强母乳喂养依从性。Objective:To evaluate the effect of staged nursing intervention on the compliance of exclusive breastfeeding.Method:In the author’s hospitalfrom January2015to January2016,60cases in hospital childbirth puerpera were selected as the research object,and were randomly divided into observationgroup(given period of time nursing intervention)and control group(given routine care),with30cases in each group.The exclusive breastfeeding baby complianceof two groups after delivery1week,4months and6months were compared.Result:The exclusive breastfeeding rate of observation group after delivery1week,4months and6months were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Carrying out the staged nursingintervention after childbirth is helpful to increase the rate of breastfeeding,strengthen breastfeeding compliance.
