摘　　要：目的探讨球囊导管对足月妊娠引产安全性及促产程的影响。方法选择2015年1月~12月我科100例应用促宫颈成熟球囊导管引产的产妇作为观察组,选取同期应用普通分娩方式的120例产妇作为对照组。观察两组产妇促宫颈成熟情况、产程、分娩方式及不良妊娠结局情况。结果观察组产妇促宫颈成熟比率、引产成功率、产妇满意率高于对照组(P<0.05),剖宫产率、产后出血率、新生儿宫内窒息率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总产程、第一产程时间短于对照组(P<0.05),新生儿阿氏评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论球囊导管引产能有效促进产妇宫颈成熟度,提高引产成功率,缩短产妇分娩产程,降低不良妊娠结局的的发生,安全有效,可应用于临床。Objective To investigate the impact of balloon catheter on safety and promoting of balloon catheter in late pregnancy induction of labor.Methods100patients were treated for cervical ripening balloon catheter causing maternal as the observation group and120patients were treated for common application delivery mode as the control group from January2015to December2015.The maternal cervical ripening situation,labor,mode of delivery,and adverse pregnancy outcomes circumstances of two groups were observed.ResultsThe rate of maternal cervical ripening(Bishop score≥7points),the success rate of induction of labor,maternal satisfaction rate of observation group were higher than control groups(P<0.05),while the rate of cesarean section,postpartum hemorrhage,intrauterine asphyxia were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total labor,the first stage of labor time of observation group were shorter than the control group(P<0.05),but the newborn Apgar score was higher than control groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe balloon catheter induction of labor can effectively promote maternal cervical ripening and improve the success rate of abortion,shorten maternity,reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes.It is safe and effective and worthy of clinical application.
