摘 要:Cd作为具有潜在毒害作用重金属污染物之一,易在丹参根部积累使得其药用安全性大大降低。有研究表明水杨酸、脱落酸和锌能够有效改善部分植物Cd胁迫影响,降低Cd积累量。为进一步探明降Cd效果,通过人工模拟的Cd污染土壤,分别添加不同浓度的水杨酸、脱落酸和硫酸锌3种物质,30d后测定根部Cd含量,探究丹参在不同Cd浓度和处理时间下根部的Cd积累特性,研究水杨酸、脱落酸和硫酸锌对丹参Cd积累的影响。结果表明,随着土壤中Cd浓度的上升,根部Cd积累量显著上升;水杨酸和低浓度的脱落酸处理不会引起根部Cd含量的变化;高浓度的脱落酸反而增加了植株根部Cd含量,锌降低了植株根部Cd含量。As a potentially toxic environmental pollutant,Cadmium is easily taken up by Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge and greatly reducedmedical safety.At present,several studies showed that salicylic acid,abscisic acid and zinc can improved evidently the effect causedby Cd stress in some plants,and decrease in vivo Cadmium,So above three Exogenous Additives are chosen in order to explore theeffect of Cd accumulation in Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge.Through Cd polluted soil by manual simulation,the Cd accumulation characteristicof Salvia Miltiorrhiza Bge in different concentrations and treatment time were studied.Meanwhile,different concentrations of above3exogenous substances were added and the Cd content of root were measured in30days.The result was indicated that the Cd contentwas significant rose as the Cd content in soil was rose.Among3Exogenous additives,the SA and the low concentration of ABA can notcause the changes of Cd in roots,the high concentration of ABA can increase the Cd concentration in roots and the zinc can reduce theCd concentration in roots.
