摘　　要：目的:探讨原发性甲亢患者甲状腺上动脉内径、血流峰值与激素水平变化,为临床治疗和评估甲亢的预后评估提供理论依据。方法:选取医院2016年4月至2017年3月收治的原发性甲亢患者50例为病例组,同期来我院体检的健康人群50例为对照组,比较两组间甲状腺上动脉内径、血流峰值水平,同时分析其与FT3、FT4水平的相关性。结果:病例组甲状腺上动脉内径和血流峰值均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例组患者甲状腺上动脉内径和血流峰值与FT3、FT4水平呈正相关性。结论:原发性甲状腺功能亢进患者甲状腺动脉内径和血流峰值与激素水平具有一定的相关性,在一定程度上反映病情严重程度。Objective:To investigate the changes of thyroid artery internal diameter,blood flow peak value and hormone levels in patients with primary hyperthyroidism,to provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment and evaluation of prognosis of hyperthyroidism.Methods:50cases of patients with primary hyperthyroidism treated in our hospital from April2016 to March 2017 were selected as observation group,and in the same period,50 cases of health people received physical examination in our hospital were selected as control group.Thyroid artery internal diameter and blood flow peak value were compared between two groups,and the correlation with the levels of FT3 and FT4was analyzed.Results:Both thyroid artery internal diameter and blood flow peak value in the observation group were higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);In the observation group,thyroid artery internal diameter and blood flow peak value were positively correlated with the levels of FT3 and FT4.Conclusions:thyroid artery internal diameter and blood flow peak value have a correlation with hormone levels in patients with primary hyperthyroidism,can partly reflect the disease severity.
