摘  要:以双轮躺式自行车的造型设计为研究内容,提出了人机工程学设计理念,采用了自顶向下的装配方法,实现了该车的人性化设计。为达到舒适性及人性化的目的,将该车车把设计为仿M型车把、车架可前后伸缩、座椅可前后移动并且角度可调节。通过以上设计,在对该自行车进行干涉检查时,未发现干涉现象。并且在运动仿真时,该车能够正常运动。Based on the design of twowheeled recumbent bicycle,this paper presents the ergonomic design concept,using the top-down assembly method to achieve the user-friendly design of the bicycle.In order to make it comfortable and user-friendly,the following changes were adopted in the design:the imitation M type handle bar was used;the frame could be stretched back and forth;seats could be moved backward and forward and the angle can be adjusted.The interference detection was carried out on the bicycle with no interference phenomenon found.In addition,the designed bicycle could move normally in the simulation.
