摘  要:针对风电场SCADA项目需求,设计了一套SCADA系统方案,介绍了方案的架构和实施。该方案基于双网结构,自上而下分为SCADA后台、规约转换、控制层和风电机组4个层次。风电机组和后台之间通过控制层和规约转换连接,把自身的运行数据上送到后台,同时也执行后台下达的遥控命令,从而实现整个风电场的监控需求。实际结果表明,该方案能满足系统的实时性、稳定性和扩展性要求。A set of SCADA system scheme is designed according to the wind farm SCADA project requirements,and the architecture and implementation is introduced in this paper.The system,based on the double network structure,is composed of4levels from top to bottom as SCADA background,protocol conversion,control layer,and wind turbine.The wind turbine and the background are interconnected via the control layer and the protocol conversion,through which,the operating data is sent to the background,and the remote control command from the background is performed,so as to monitor the whole wind farm.The practical results show that the scheme can meet the requirements of realtime,stability,and scalability.
