摘　　要：在树莓派第三代开发板上,以ARM Cortex-A53处理器作为控制器,通过V4L2接口和MPEG-4技术采集压缩视频信息,在研究了私网穿透方法和4G通信的基础上,采用无线通信方式,设计了远程实时视频监测系统。经过实验测试,系统可以实现稳定、实时、远程视频监测。Based on the research on the private network penetration method and4G communication,a remote realtime video surveillance system,using ARM Cortex-A53as the controller on the thirdgeneration development board of Raspberry Pi and collecting and compressing video information by the V4L2port and MPEG-4technology,is designed by means of wireless communication mode.The experiment shows that the system is stable in the remote realtime video surveillance.
