零切迹椎间融合器(Zero-P)治疗老年单节段脊髓型颈椎病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:对零切迹椎间融合器(Zero-P)治疗老年单节段脊髓型颈椎病的效果进行分析。方法:回顾性分析采用零切迹椎间融合器(Zero-P)治疗的老年单节段脊髓型颈椎病患者45例临床资料,分析患者术后1个月、2个月及6个月时JOA评分、VAS评分、颈椎功能障碍指数、颈椎Cobb角、椎间高度等指标变化,并检测患者血清中炎症反应因子水平变化。结果:术后JOA评分、颈椎Cobb角明显升高(P<0.05),而VAS评分、颈椎功能障碍指数、椎间高度及炎症因子(IL1β、IL2及IL6)水平明显降低(P<0.05),且与术前相比差异有统计学意义。结论:零切迹椎间融合器对老年单节段脊髓型颈椎病有较好的治疗效果。Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of Zero-P on single segmental cervical spondylosis myelopathy in elderly patients.Methods:45cases of elderly patients with single segmental cervical spondylosis myelopathy who received Zero-P treatment were selected.The changes of JOA score,VAS score,NDI index,cervical inter-vertebral height and the Cobb angle1month,2months and6months after operation were analyzed.And the change of the level of inflammatory response factor in serum was also detected.Re-sults:The JOA score and Cobb angle were increased(P<0.05),while VAS score,NDI index,cervical inter-vertebral height and in-flammatory factors(IL1(3,IL2and IL6)were decreased after treatment.Compared with preoperative,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Zero-P on single segmental cervical spondylosis myelopathy in elderly pa-tients is very good.
