优质护理对主动脉夹层术后不良情绪和护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析优质护理对主动脉夹层术后不良情绪及满意度的影响。方法:选取2015年7月至2016年6月在本院行主动脉夹层术50例患者作为研究对象,根据抽签结果随机分成两组。对照组25例,行常规护理;观察组25例,在对照组基础之上行优质护理。统计对比两组护理前、后焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪及对于本次护理工作的满意度情况。结果:实施前,不良情绪的评价差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实施后,不良情绪均缓解和改善,且观察组较对照组改善情况更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相比对照组,观察组患者对术后护理满意的比例更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:行主动脉夹层术后实施优质护理能够改善患者不良情绪,提升对术后护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the effect of quality nursing on patients'negative mood and satisfaction in aortic dissection.Methods:50cases of patients with aortic dissection in our hospital from July2015to June2016were randomly divided into two groups according to the results of the drawing.25cases of patients in the control group were given routine care,and25cases of patients in the observation group were treated with quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The anxiety,depression and other bad emotions before and after the nursing intervention,satisfaction with the care of the situation were compared between the two groups.Re-sults:There was no significant difference in bad emotions in the two groups before the implementation of nursing intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the bad emotions in the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the satisfaction rate of the pa-tients in the observation group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality care after aortic dissection can improve the patient,s bad emotions,improve the satisfaction of aortic dissection,and has high clinical value.
