摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈活动在提高消毒供应中心护理人员手卫生的效果。方法:选取消毒供应中心14名护理人员为研究对象,于2016年起实施品管圈活动,比较品管圈活动实施前后护理人员的手卫生理论知识、实践操作、执行率及综合能力的变化。结果:品管圈活动后,护理人员的理论知识、操作实践得分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员在打包前、接触无菌物品、脱手套后等方面的洗手执行率高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员在工作积极性、解决问题的能力、品管(QC)手法的运用等方面的得分高于活动前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动能够提高消毒供应中心护理人员的手卫生的执行率,改善工作人员的综合能力。Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle activity on improving the hand hygiene of nurses in disinfec-tion supply center.Methods:14nurses in disinfection supply centerwere were selected as the research object,and the quality control circle activity was carried out in2016.The theoretical knowledge,practical operation,executive rate and comprehensive ability of nurs-ing staff were compared before and after the implementation of quality control circle.Results:After the quality control circle activity,the theoretical knowledge and practice scores of nursing staff were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).The hand washing rate of the nursing staff in the pre-packaged,contact with sterile items,gloves,etc were higher than those before management,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nurses in the work enthusiasm,abil-ity of solving problems,the using of QC techniques and other aspects of the score was higher than before,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle activity can improve the implementation rate of hand hygiene of nurses in disinfection supply center,and improve the comprehensive ability of staff.
