摘 要:为了研究不同光环境对胡桃楸幼苗生物量及光合生理的影响,分析胡桃楸幼苗对不同光环境的响应差异。对全光照(100%光照)、中光照(60%光照)、低光照(30%光照)3种光环境下胡桃楸幼苗的生长、生物量和光合生理开展研究。结果表明:胡桃楸幼苗在不同光环境下生长存在明显差异,地上、地下生物量和光合生理均表现出不同程度的差异。低光照条件下,胡桃楸幼苗生长快,株高、地径分别为全光照的1.14倍、1.18倍;3种光环境下胡桃楸幼苗地上部分生物量存在显著差异,地下部分差异不显著;不同光环境下胡桃楸幼苗光响应参数差异显著,净光合速率随着光照强度的增强而增大。胡桃楸幼苗在生长和生理方面都做出适应性调整以响应不同的光环境,适当的遮阴处理更有利于胡桃楸幼苗生长。In order to study the different light environment on Juglan mandshruica seedling biomass and photosynthetic physiology and analyze the response on different light environment,the growth,biomass and photosynthetic physiology were studied under three light environments(100%,60%,30%light).The results showed that there were significant differences in the growth of Juglan mandshruica seedling under different light environment,and the ground and underground biomass and photosynthetic physiology were different.Under low light conditions,Juglan mandshruica seedling grew fast,plant height and ground diameter were1.14and1.18times of full light conditions.There were significant differences in aboveground biomass under three kinds of light conditions,and no significant differences in the underground part.Light response parameters were different under different light conditions,and net photosynthetic rate increased with light intensity.Juglan mandshruica seedling have made adaptive adjustment in growth and physiological aspects to response to different light environment,and appropriate shading is more conducive to the growth of seedlings.
