摘　　要：目的建立心血管内科专科护理质量指标,为评价心血管内科专科护理服务效果,促进专科护理质量的持续改进以及为卫生行政部门和医院管理者制定相关政策提供依据支持。方法采用文献回顾、临床调研、专家咨询的方法对指标框架进行初步拟订;采用德尔菲法进行指标的筛选与论证。结果确立心血管内科护理质量评价指标为3级结构模式;设有一级指标3个,二级指标9个,三级指标41个。两轮专家函询问卷回复率分别为81.82%和94.44%,权威系数分别为0.82和0.84,变异系数范围0~0.24,协调系数为0.121~0.389,P<0.05。结论基于Delphi法构建的心血管内科护理质量评价指标,为心血管内科护理质量的评价提供了科学的测评工具,值得推广。Objective To develop an cardiovascular internal medicine nursing quality indicators system for evaluation of nursing service effects and promoting the continuous improvement of cardiovascular internal medicine nursing quality,and to provide decision support for the administrative departments and hospital manager.Methods The candidate indicators were selected based on literature review as well as clinical research and expert consultation method.Then,the indicators were determined using Delphi technique.Results The cardiovascular nursing quality indicators consisted of3first level indicators,9second level indicators and41third level indicators.The recovery rate of questionnaires in two rounds was81.82%and94.44%.The authority coefficient in two rounds was0.82and0.84.The coefficient of variation of each item ranged from0to0.24in two round.The coordination coefficient ranged from0121to0.389.Conclusion Cardiovascular internal medicine nursing quality indicators system has been developed using Delphi method,which provides a scientific assessment tool for the evaluation of cardiovascular internal medicine nursing quality.
