摘 要:共晶盐蓄冷比冰蓄冷和水蓄冷更适合蓄冷空调系统但共晶盐材料存在着过冷度、相分离、性能衰减差等问题,限制了共晶盐空调蓄冷系统的发展。研制出一种符合空调蓄冷系统的新型共晶盐相变蓄冷材料。该材料以Na_2SO_4·10H_2O与NH_4Cl为共晶盐蓄冷主材,可降低过冷度的TiO_2纳米颗粒为成核剂抑制相分离的硅胶粉为增稠剂,由这三部分组成。通过实验筛选出Na_2SO_4·10H_2O、NH_4Cl、TiO_2纳米颗粒与硅胶粉的质量分数,分别为76.8%、13.6%、3.6%和6%的配比。测试发现,该材料的相变温度为7.33℃,过冷度为0.5℃,相变潜热为135 kJ/kg,适用于空调蓄冷系统。Eutectic salt is more suitable for cool storage air conditioning system than ice storage AC system and water storage AC system,but the eutectic salt material has some problems including degree of supercooling,phase separation,and poor stability and so on,which limits the development of eutectic salt cool storage air conditioning system.This topic developed a new eutectic salt phase change storage material for the cool storage air conditioning system.The material is made up of Na2S04,10H20and NH4Cl as main material of eutectic salt cool storage,and Ti02nanoparticles as a nucleating agent which can reduce the degree of supercooling,and silica powder as thickener which can prevent phase separation.By experiment,the mass fraction of Na2SO4?10H20,NH4Cl,TiO2nanoparticles and silica powder is76.8%,13.6%,3.6%and6%respectively,while the phase change temperature is7.33°C,degree of supercooling is0.5°C and latent heat of phase change is135kJ/kg.The new material can be utilized to the cool storage air conditioning system.
