土坯热物性对储热装置充放热性能影响研究

摘  要:储热系统的充放热能力直接关系到对太阳能的热利用率,对以土坯为储热材料的储热装置充放热性能进行了分析。对储热装置进行简化处理,并建立土坯二维、流体一维非稳态传热模型,利用该模型考察储热块密度、导热系数及比热容对储热装置储放热时长的影响。结果表明:储放热时长随着储热块密度的增大呈线性增大;随着导热系数的增大储放热时长先明显减小,增大到1.4 W/(m·K)后其对储放热时长的影响变小;储放热时长随着比热容的增大一直增大,热物性对储放热时长的影响可为合理选取储热材料提供参考。The charge and discharge ability o f the thermal storage system is directly related to the efficiency of solar energy heat utilization.So the charge and discharge performance o f the thermal storage device filled the adobe block,which is heat storage material,is studied.By simplifying treatment for storing heat device,the unsteady-state heat transfer model includes two-dimensional o f thermal storage materials and the one-dimensional of heat transfer fluid are established.1Through the establishment o f the heat transfer model,the effect of density,coefficient o f thermal conductivity and specific heat capacity on thermal charge and discharge time length of thermal storage devices are learned,and the heat storage capacity o f the apparatus is analyzed.The results show that the charge and discharge time length increases with the linear increase o f density;Along with the growth of the coefficient o f thermal conductivity,firstly,the charge and discharge time length increases obviously,and then when the coefficient o f thermal conductivity rises to1.4W/(m·℃),it has weaker effect on the charge and discharge time length;the charge and discharge time length always increases with the linear increase of density;the thermal properties can provide the reference for choosing suitable thermal storage materials.
