摘　　要：宿州市土地流转工作起步较早,截至2017年3月,全市土地流转面积达399.98万亩,占家庭承包土地面积的44%。宿州市土地流转工作在十几年的过程中积累了丰富的经验,尤其是在财政支持土地流转方面取得了很大的成果。宿州市财政支持农村土地流转的具体做法值得借鉴。The land transfer work in Suzhou started earlier.As of March2017,the city's land circulation reached399.98million mu,accounting for44%of the contracted area.Suzhou City land transferhas experienced a lot of years of development in the process of accumulated a wealth of experience,especially in the financial support for land transfer has made very remarkable results,so examine the Suzhou City financial support rural land transfer specific practices and problems,It is worth our reference.
