摘 要:针对大飞机制造和汽车工业的噪声测试需求,结合表面传声器校准的研究现状,研制了表面传声器校准装置。介绍了该装置的工作原理、总体设计方案、主要组成部分和创新点。该装置通过专用静电激励器和声校准器转接器的设计,实现了表面传声器声压灵敏度级的测量。系统结构简单、成本低廉,实现了表面传声器的快速校准,填补了华东地区相关检测的空白。Targeting at the noise testing demand in aircraft manufacturing and automobile industry,based on the research status of surface microphone calibration,the calibration device of surface microphone is developed.The working principle,the overall design scheme,maincomponents,and the innovation points of the device are summarized.A dedicated electrostatic actuator and a sound calibrator adapter is designed to calibrate the sensitivity of sound pressure level of the surface microphone.The device is simple,low cost,and efficient,which fills the gaps in the detection of surface microphone in the East China region.
