高校图书馆毕业生图书清理工作方法的实践与探讨

摘　　要：以山东农业大学图书馆办理毕业生图书清理工作为例,介绍了利用图书馆管理系统"汇文系统"相关模块中的相关功能,用批处理的方法,方便、快捷、准确地办理应届毕业生毕业前图书清理工作。实现此种工作方法成功的关键是要获取完整、准确的毕业生数据和对数据进行科学的整理。同时对今后改进毕业生图书清理工作也进行了相应的探讨。Taking the book return work for graduates in Library of Shandong Agricultural University as an example,this paper introduced the related module functions of library management system"Libsys",and used the batch method to conveniently,quickly and accurately complete the book return of graduates before the graduation.The key to the success of this method was to obtain complete and accurate graduate data and sort out the data scientifically.It also discussed how to improve the book return work of graduates in the future.
