摘　　要：2016年高校思想政治工作会议的召开,又一次为高校辅导员队伍专业化发展敲响了警钟,"没有地位""没有前途"的职业现状即将成为过去式。高校辅导员应顺势而为,更应借势腾飞,以《高等学校辅导员职业能力标准(暂行)》为专业化发展的基本依据,坚持思想过硬、业务熟练、能力突出,不断夯实专业素养,用专业的手法尽显职业的风采。In2016,the convening of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,has sounded an alarm once again for the professional development of college counselors.The"no status""no future"career status is about to become the past.College counselors should take advantage of the situation to take off,and regard the Higher Vocational Counselor Vocational Standards(Temporary)as the basic basis for professional development,and adhere to the hard idea,proficient business and highlighted ability,to constantly reinforce the professionalism and show professional style with professional means.
