世界记忆工程对中国档案事业发展影响

摘　　要：世界记忆工程是联合国教科文组织发起的一项文献保护项目,通过世界记忆名录体系宣传保护珍贵文献遗产的重要性。自1995年世界记忆工程进入中国后,对档案事业的发展带来诸多影响。论文在简要介绍世界记忆工程及其在中国的推广的基础上,从提升保护意识、扩大影响力、吸引关注研究、促进跨界合作、助力城市发展、推动人才培养、形成保护体系等七个方面总结世界记忆工程对档案事业发展的影响。Memory of the World is a document preservation programme initiated by UNESCO,which promotes the importance of documentary heritage preservation through Memory of the World Register system.Since its entry into China in1995,it has played a role in the archives development.Based on briefly introducing the Memory of the World project and its promotion in China,this thesis summarizes the influences of the Memory of the World programme on archives development in7aspects as forming a protective system,enhancing awareness of protection,expanding influence,attracting attention,promoting cross-border cooperation,assisting urban development and promoting personnel training.
