摘　　要：档案信息化面临技术环境不断更新所带来的挑战与机遇,由此也带来了来源、内容、结构的多元化和复杂化趋势。基于档案信息化系统层次的过程化管理能够降低管理复杂度、提升系统涌现性。为此,文章分析了档案信息化工作的系统特性,探讨了基于数字化、管理信息化、服务信息化三个过程的系统特征及相关性。The theory and practice of Archives informatization are facing challenge and opportunity because of updates of technical environment,meanwhile causing the complexity of sources,content and architecture.The paper analyzes the characteristics of the archives digitized system to take data as core and the Information service system to take function as core,also researches the correlation of the above in management and technology.The hierarchical division patterns and related management strategy are proposed through studing the hierarchical structure.
