摘  要:为了解决国内偏远地区的饮水难题,同时充分利用风能可再生资源,并且有效提高往复运动频率,设计了一种基于风力的对称式八行程提水机,该提水机"十字"凸轮转动1周,往复运动达到4次,对称的结构可以达到八行程。首先对该提水机的工作原理、主要结构进行了详细介绍;其次利用UG软件对"十字"凸轮一侧进行了建模;最后利用ANSYS软件对该装置的核心零件"十字"凸轮进行了受力分析。分析结果表明,"十字"凸轮最大半径端面处的受力最大,并且其最大应力远小于40Cr的许用压应力。40Cr合金钢材料能够满足使用性能要求。In order to solve the problem of drinking water in the remote areas of China,and make full use of renewable resources of wind energy,effectively improve the frequency of the reciprocating motion at the same time,design a kind of symmetrical eight cycles water pump structure which based on wind power.The“cross”cam of the water pump rotates one circle,the reciprocating motion reaches four times and the symmetrical structure can reach the eight cycles.Firstly,the working principle and main structure of this the water pump are introduced in detail.Secondly,the UG software is used to model theside of the“cross”cam.Finally,the stress analysis of the“cross”cam of the device’s core part is carried out by using ANSYS software.The analysis results show that“cross”cam’s maximum force is at the maximum radius of the end face and the maximum allowable pressure is less than40Cr.The40Cr alloy steel can meet the use of performance requirements.
