摘　　要：黄河是我国的母亲河,同时也是灾难频发的一条河流。本文研究了核壳结构黄河沙芯钢筋混凝土复合结构备防石,替代黄河防汛用的天然石材备防石。论述了黄河沙芯钢筋混凝土复合结构备防石的生产工艺。该项技术打破了近十几年人工备防石研究中的困境,采用层状复合材料理论,在黄河泥沙综合治理方面和黄河防汛人工备防石研制方面具有革命性的突破。研制的产品性能优异,完全能够满足黄河防汛抢险工作的要求。产品制作工艺简单,设备投资少,容易建厂投产。生产成本低廉,具备替代天然石材备防石的充分条件,项目投产后,经济效益突出。取之黄河,用之黄河,"主动治沙",开发资源,用于防洪抢险,可操作性强,开发产品没有任何环境负担,项目产品具有较大的社会效益、经济效益、资源效益和环境效益。The Yellow River is our Mother River,and also is a river of disaster in history.The paper is mainly study on integrate core-shell structure river-emergency-repairing-stone based on Yellow River silt core and steel enforced concrete box.The river-emergency-repairing-stone can be used to antiflooding and emergency-repairing instead of nature stone.The paper research to the basic productive techniques of integrate core-shell structure River-Emergency-Repairing-Stone based on Yellow River silt core and steel enforced concrete box.The hard knot of artificial river-emergency-repairing-stone study in recent years is broke up and the composite theory is used in the study.There is revolutionary broke-through in the respect of multi-utilizations of Yellow River silt and artificial river-emergencyrepairing-stone technology.The properties of development product are excellent and can fully meet the demands of anti-flooding and emergency-repairing works.The production process is uncomplicated,need relatively small amount of equipment money,and easy completed for production.The cost of the products is lower and possess all conditions to substitute for nature stone river-emergency-repairingstone.The technical products have good economic benefits and effects,from Yellow River and for YellowRiver,have the function of“initiative harness Yellow River silt”.The Yellow River silt resources isdeveloped and can be used to anti-flooding and emergency-repairing.The term has strong practicality and less environmental burden.There are many benefits of society,economy,resource,and environmental aspect.
