摘　　要：在借鉴Denison的组织文化测量模型的基础上参照中国特色社会主义文化的特点,选取消防部队基层文化测量指标,通过因子分析法构建具有中国特色的消防部队基层文化测量体系。该测量体系由28个测量指标构成,并归纳为8个维度,有助于对消防部队基层文化质量的提高产生积极作用。Denison,based on the reference of the organizational culture measurement model on the basisof reference to the characteristics of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,the selection of fire units at the grass-roots level culture measurement indicators,through the factor analysis method to build the fire army grassroots culture with Chinese characteristics measuring system.The measurement system consists of28measurements,and grouped into eight dimensions,respectively is teamwork,system performance,goals,vision,innovation consciousness,social responsibility,organizational learning,cultural propaganda and ability development.Based on the research of Denison model will help to improve the quality of our cultural occurring on the base of the fire fighting forces.
