摘　　要：柱塞式化油器本体是多采用锌合金压铸成型,压铸毛坯就避免不了有隔皮,传统的人工去隔皮肯定是行不通,不具竞争力,后采用清理隔皮的冲模也存在很多不足,多品种切换紧张,生产率低,本文主要是通过介绍新的去隔皮方式,解决效率低、不稳定等问题。The plunger carburetor body is produced with zinc alloy die-casting molding.The die-castingblanks can not avoid the skin,the traditional artificial to remove skin is certainly not feasible and not competitive.The use of cleaning the skin of the die also has many deficiencies.The characteristics of the multi-species switchare tension and low productivity.This paper mainly introduces the new way to remove the skin to solve theproblem of low efficiency and instability.
