自发性群众体育群体领导者内涵及其特征

摘　　要：论述了自发性群众体育群体的形成原因以及领导者在群体中的作用,分析了自发性体育群体中领导者的内涵及其特征,认为领导者应具有超人的凝聚力、魅力及感染力,其特征主要体现在利他性、实践性、综合性三个方面。The reasons for the formation of spontaneous mass sports group and the role of leader in group were discussed.The connotations and characteristics of spontaneous sports group leader were analyzed.It held that the leaders should have superhuman cohesion,charm and attraction,and their characteristics were mainly composed of altruism,practicality and comprehensiveness.
