摘 要:采用2个四通阀和2个三通阀是实现串联式回热型吸附式制冷系统的最简单形式,但采用四通阀会造成一定的热量损失,从而对系统性能产生影响。本文搭建了一个采用四通阀的回热型硅胶-水吸附式制冷实验装置,并对四通阀的影响进行了实验研究。实验结果表明:在四通阀不动作时,冷热流体之间的换热不明显,热量损失较小;在四通阀动作时,热水向冷却水掺入量为0.29kg/s,而冷却水向热水掺入量为2.14kg/s,造成热源侧5,157kJ的热量损失,相当于加热量的8.09%。因此要选用切换时间较短的四通阀,以减小冷却水向热水的掺入量。Using two four-way valves and two three-way valves is the simplest way to realize serial heat recovery in an adsorption refrigeration system.But the use of four-way valves causes extra heat loss and lowers the system performance.An experimental setup for the heat regenerative silica gel-water adsorption refrigeration using four-way valves is established,and the impact of four-way valves is experimentally studied.The results show that,when the four-way valve does not operate,the heat transfer rate between hot water and cool water is small and the heat loss is little;while when the four-way valve operates,the cool water circuit is mixed with0.29kg/s hot water,and the hot water circuit is mixed with2.14kg/s cool water,causing5,157kJ heat loss on the heat source side.And this heat loss is equivalent of8.09%heat input.Hence,four-way valves with less operation time is required to reduce the flux of mixed cool water.
