摘 要:本文提出一种板翅式换热器多级导流封头,可通过各级导流板和档板将入口流体均匀分配到换热器的各层各通道之中。通过CFD模拟,分析了多级导流封头对板翅式换热器通道内流量分配特性的影响,并与已有的导流翼封头结构和不带导流结构封头的流量分配特性进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:多级导流结构封头较已有的不带导流结构的封头流量分配不均匀度降低了46.3%,较已有的导流翼封头的分配不均匀度降低了4.1%;多级导流封头改善了换热器的分配特性。该研究对于改进板翅式换热器的封头结构设计以及优化换热器的设计制造具有重要指导意义。A header with multi-stage diversion for the plate-fin heat exchanger was presented,and the inlet fluid can be uniformly distributed to each channel of the heat exchanger through the guide plates and baffles.In the present study,the effects of multi-stage diversion on the flow distribution in channels of plate-fin heat exchanger was analyzed using CFD method,and the comparison of flow distribution with existing header structure of flow-guiding wing and no-diversion was carried out.The results show that,the flow mal-distribution of the header with multi-stage diversion is reduced by46.3%and4.1%than those of the no-diversion header and the existing flow-guiding wing header,respectively;the multi-stage diversion header can improve the distribution characteristics in plate-fin heat exchanger.This research is helpful to the optimum design of header structure in plate-fin heat exchanger and the manufacture of heat exchanger.
