摘 要:为了降低无热再生吸附式干燥机再生耗气量以便有效降低空压机的系统能耗,提高压缩空气有效使用率,采用新型单元化吸附式干燥机,利用化整为零的思想,将无热再生吸附式干燥机吸附剂层分散成多个吸附单元,每个吸附单元相当于一个小型吸附塔,若干个小型吸附塔同时进行吸附和再生。结果表明:分散的吸附单元结构能够维持稳定的压缩空气压力露点,成倍地增加吸附剂和压缩空气的接触面积,同时再生耗气量将大大减少,压缩空气的有效使用率得以提高。In order to decrease the regeneration gas consumption of the heatless regenerative adsorption dryer,to effectively reduce the energy consumption of air compressor system,and to improve the effective utilization of compressed air,the new unit adsorption dryer which dispersed the adsorbent layer of the heatless regenerative adsorption dryer into a multiple of adsorption unit is used,and each of adsorption unit is equivalent to a small adsorption tower.So all the small adsorption towers simultaneously adsorb and regenerate.Results illustrate that,the decentralized adsorption unit structure can maintain the stability of the compressed air dew point,and can greatly increase the contact area of adsorbent and compressed air,at the same time,the regeneration gas consumption will be greatly reduced,then the effective utilization of compressed air can be improved.
