摘 要:卵母细胞冷冻作为现代辅助生殖技术的一项重要组成部分,是女性生育力保存及卵子馈赠的重要手段。玻璃化冷冻方法的不断改进使卵母细胞冷冻的解冻复苏率和临床妊娠率显著提高。如何更好地降低冷冻保护剂毒性、减少冷冻损伤及提高冷冻安全性成为现阶段研究的关注点。本文将对卵母细胞冷冻技术的应用范围、冻存方法、现阶段的难点及问题进行综述。Oocyte cryopreservation is an important part of the modern assisted reproductive technology and has important function in female fertility preservation and egg donation.The improvement of vitrification has significantly improved the survival rate of thawed oocyte and the clinical pregnancy rate.It has become the focus of current research that how to reduce the toxicity of cryoprotectants,reduce the damage and improve the safety of cryopreservation.This article is a review about the application scope and main method of oocyte cryopreservation and the present difficulties and problems.
