腹腔镜辅助下脑室-腹腔分流术治疗小儿脑积水效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜辅助下脑室-腹腔分流术治疗小儿脑积水的临床疗效。方法选取2013年11月至2016年11月本院收治的52例脑积水患儿为研究对象,按照盲选法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组各26例,对照组患儿采用常规方法治疗,研究组患儿采用腹腔镜辅助下脑室-腹腔分流术治疗,比较两组患儿手术时间、住院天数、切口长度、术后并发症情况及临床疗效。结果研究组患儿手术时间、住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05),切口长度小于对照组(P<0.05),术后感染、低颅压综合征、颅内水肿的发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(χ~2=5.3182,P=0.0211)。结论腹腔镜辅助下脑室-腹腔分流术治疗小儿脑积水,创伤小,安全性高,并发症少,疗效确切。Objective To analyze the effect of laparoscope assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in the treatment of children with hydrocephalus.Method52cases of children with hydrocephalus in our hospital from November2013to November2016were randomly divided into study group and control group,26cases in each group.Control group children were treated with routine method,and study group children were treated with laparoscope assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt.The operation time,hospital day,length of incision,postoperative complications and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Result The operation time and hospital day of study group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05),and the length of incision was smaller than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative infection,intracranial hypotension syndrome,intracranial edema of study group were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(χ2=5.3182,P=0.0211).Conclusion Laparoscope assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in the treatment of children with hydrocephalus,has the advantages of smaller trauma,higher safety and less complication,the effect is definite.
