腹腔镜胆囊切除术术后早期结合针灸治疗对胃肠道功能恢复的促进

摘　　要：目的通过对腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)术后早期结合针灸治疗对胃肠功能恢复影响的临床观察,初步探讨针刺疗法早期干预在促进腹腔镜胆囊切除术后胃肠功能快速恢复方面的临床疗效。方法纳入符合标准的LC术患者60例,分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组外科常规方案治疗,而治疗组在对照组同样治疗基础之外,于术后6小时开始予以针刺疗法干预,每天2次,至术后第1次排便为止。观察两组患者术后首次排便排气时间、肠鸣音恢复情况、术后恶心呕吐、腹胀、腹痛症状变化情况。结果两组患者术后腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐、肠鸣音情况的比较差异并无统计学意义(P>0.05),而经针刺后腹痛、腹胀、恶心呕吐、肠鸣音情况,两组差异均具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在LC术后针刺疗法早期干预显著缩短患者术后肠鸣音出现时间提前,首次排便时间提前,显著改善患者术后恶性呕吐、腹胀、腹痛等胃肠道反应症状。objective By laparoscopic cholecystectomy(laparoscopic cholecystectomy LC)early postoperative combined with clinical observation on the impact of acupuncture on gastrointestinal function recovery,discusses acupuncture early intervention in promoting rapid recovery of gastrointestinal function after laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the clinical curative effect.Methods Choose60patients were included in the standard LC patients,divided into treatment group and control group,with30patients in each group.The control group routine surgical treatment,the treatment group treats in the foundation in the control group also,began to be in6hours after acupuncture intervention,2times a day,until fi rst bowel movement after surgery.To observe the changes of the fi rst defecation time,the recovery of bowel sounds,nausea and abdominal distension of abdominal distension after surgery.Results Two groups of patients with postoperative abdominal pain,abdominal distention,nausea,vomiting,bowel sounds is the comparison of differences,there is no statistical significance(P>0.05),and after acupuncture,abdominal pain,abdominal distention,nausea,vomiting,bowel sounds,differences between the two groups have signifi cant statistical signifi cance(P<0.05).Conclusion In LC patients with postoperative acupuncture early intervention signifi cantly improve postoperative malignant gastrointestinal refl ect the symptom such as vomiting,abdominal distension abdominal pain.Promote acupuncture more into the modern rapid rehabilitation surgery clinical practice.
