摘 要:目的探讨肛周疾病术前术后患者合理的饮食管理方案和排便时机,可以减少疼痛、水肿等并发症。方法总结了60例肛周疾病手术患者的饮食排便管理。管理重点包括术前评估、术后饮食具体管理、合理干预排便等。结果严格执行饮食管理的患者,术后第4天排便,肛周疼痛水肿等并发症较低。结论术后第4天排便是肛周疾病患者术后排便的一个最合适时间点。Objective To explore the appropriate management of diet and the right time of defecation before and after patients with anal diseases performed operation.Methods A summary of the perioperative management of diet and defecation in60patients with anal disease.Management focuses on preoperative evaluation,postoperative management,and discharge guidance.Results Patients who obeyed the management of diet strictly,have defecation the time4days after operation,the complication degree as pain、anal edema decreased.Conclusions Defecation after fourth days of operation is one of the most appropriate time points for defecation of patients with anal disease after operation.
