摘 要:为了建立一种能够快速、准确地测定卷烟加料工序中标记物1,2丙二醇含量的方法,在1,2-丙二醇含量0.1~3.0%范围内,以0.1%为梯度间隔,通过重复性制样的方法制备了120个样品,以气相色谱法检测结果为参比值,采用偏最小二乘法建立了加料后烟叶中1,2-丙二醇含量的近红外预测模型。利用生产线上随机抽取的10个加料后的烟叶样品对模型进行了外部验证,结果表明,1,2-丙二醇含量的近红外预测值与气相色谱法测定结果间差异不显著,绝对误差和相对误差的平均值分别为0.039%和4.61%;利用随机选择的3个样品进行重复性试验,结果表明相对标准偏差分别为1.38%、1.50%和1.02%。综上所述,所建立的近红外预测模型的准确度较高、重复性较好,能够准确、快速地测定加料后烟叶中1,2-丙二醇含量。To find a method which can quickly and accurately determine the labeled substance1,2-propyleneglycol in tobacco leaf in the feeding process of cigarette,in the0.1~3.0%range of1,2-propyleneglycol content,120samples were prepared by the method of repeated sample preparation at thegradient interval of0.1%,and the results were detected bygas chromatography,established a near infrared prediction model of1,2-propyleneglycol content in tobacco leaves in the feeding process of cigarette by partial least square method.The external validation of the model was carried out utilized10Tobacco leaves samples after feeding,which were randomly selected on the priduction line,the results showed that:No significant difference was found between the Near infrared predicted value andgas chromatographic determination of1,2-propyleneglycol content,the mean values of absolute errors and relative errors are0.039%and4.61%,respectively;Repeatability test using randomly selected three samples,the results show that relative standard deviation were1.38%,1.50%and1.02%,respectively.In conclusion,The established near infrared prediction model has higher accuracy and better repeatability,and can be used to determine the content of1,2-propyleneglycol in the tobacco leaf after feeding accurately and rapidly.
