摘 要:通过对某V6柴油机曲轴进行有限元分析,模拟了曲轴真实的边界条件,计算了危险载荷下曲轴的强度和疲劳寿命,指出了曲轴在各缸最大爆发压力下的薄弱部位,提出了改进措施,并对曲轴进行了自由模态分析,为曲轴的优化设计和动力学分析提供了理论依据。利用Solidworks建立了曲轴的三维实体模型,运用ANSYS Workbench的静力分析模块和Fatigue tool工具箱,对曲轴在各缸最大爆发压力下的强度和可靠性进行分析,同时利用Block Lanczos法,对曲轴在自由状态下进行了模态分析,得到了曲轴的固有频率和振型。结果显示:最大应力和最小寿命位置均出现在爆发缸所在的两个相邻连杆轴颈连接处,且曲轴的最低固有频率远高于基频,避开了共振频率,为曲轴的结构改进和后处理方式提供参考。Through finite element analysis of a V6diesel engine crankshaft,the real boundary conditions are simulated,thestrength and fatigue life of the crankshaft under dangerous load are calculated,the weak parts of the crankshaft under the maximumexplosion pressure of each cylinder are pointed out,and the improvement measures are put forward.Then a normal model analysis forthe crankshaft is carried out,which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design and dynamic analysis of the crankshaft.In order to make sure the strength and reliability of the V6diesel engine crankshaft meet design requirements,the entity modelof the crankshaft is established with Solidworks,and a strength and reliability analysis under the maximum explosion pressure isconducted with static analysis module and Fatigue tool of ANSYS Workbench.At the same time,the natural frequency and vibrationmode are concluded by using Block Lanczos method.The result indicates that the maximum stress and the minimum life positionare all located in the joint of two adjacent shaft journals of the cylinder.And the lowest natural frequency of the crankshaft ismuch higher than the base frequency,to avoid resonance frequency,and it provides reference for structure improvement and postprocessingway of the crankshaft.
