摘　　要：通过大规格高镁合金扁锭熔铸关键工艺技术研究,在试制过程针对产品出现的主要质量缺陷进行分析,制定相应解决措施,生产出合格产品,形成批量生产工艺技术标准。Key casting technology for large-sized high-magnesium alloy flat ingot were researched.Major quality defects of the products during manufacturing were analyzed,and corresponding solutions were formulated.Qualified products were made,and technology standard for batch production were formed.
