摘　　要：目的分析某医院因跌落伤住院儿童现状并探究高危人群特征,为高危人群制定干预措施提供依据。方法应用回顾性调查,以某医院2011—2013年间所有因跌落伤住院的0~14岁儿童共753人次作为调查对象。结果因跌落伤住院儿童753人次中,男女比为1.77:1;城乡比为0.74:1;随着年龄的增加呈下降趋势;2011-2013年平均发展速度为113.3%,平均增长速度为13.3%;因跌落伤住院儿童以8—10月份居多(29.0%);以头颈部损伤为主(83.8%);大多数儿童未接受手术治疗(86.1%);中位住院天数为6.0 d,中位住院费用为6 389.2元;以治愈为主为(56.6%)。结论男童、低龄儿童、乡村儿童为跌落伤高危人群,跌落伤给儿童自身、家庭带来沉重负担,相关部门应制定相应措施来降低儿童跌落伤的发生。Objective To provide the basic intervention measurements for the high risk population,we analyzed the status ofhospitalized children with fall injuries and explored the characteristics of high risk populations.Methods A retrospectivesurvey was conducted to investigate753children aged0~14years old who were admitted to a third-level hospital due to fallinjuries during2011-2013.Results Among these753fall injured children,the ratio between boys and girls was1.77:1;theratio between urban and rural children was0.74:1.The fall injuries decreased with the age increasing;the fall injuriesoccurred at an averaged rate of113.3%during2011-2013,increased13.3%each year.The injuries mainly took place duringAugust to October(29.0%),and mainly happened to head and neck(83.8%).The most of the injured children did notreceive surgical treatment(86.1%).The median hospitalized days were6;the median hospitalization costs were6389.2yuan,and the cure rate was(56.6%).Conclusion Boys,young children,and children in rural areas are high-risk groups offall injuries which harmed children and brought a heavy economic burden to the involved families.Therefore,the relevantgovernmental departments should formulate corresponding measures to reduce fall injury of children.
