异域文化背景下高校少数民族学生教育管理研究

摘　　要：少数民族大学生多来自我国边疆省份,进入内地高校后,则进入了相对陌生的异域文化环境,宗教信仰、风俗习惯、语言能力等文化差异,对内地高校的少数民族学生教育管理提出了重大考验。针对目前存在的学生思想动态掌握不及时、忽视少数民族学生个体特殊性、教育管理主体较单一等工作困境,笔者分析提出了少数民族学生管理方式上的调适意见,以帮助少数民族大学生更顺利地融入高校生活,从而为我国高校创新开展少数民族学生教育管理工作提供一些借鉴与参考。Minority college students come from China's borderprovinces,so after entering mainland colleges and universities,they enter a relatively unfamiliar exotic cultural environment,facing cultural differences such as religious beliefs,customs andlanguage skills,presenting a major test to mainland colleges anduniversities in the educational management of minority students.In view of the current problems,such as hysteretic informationabout students'ideological trends,ignorance of minority students'individual particularity,and single subjects of educational management,we analyze and put forward suggestions for adjusting themanagement method of minority students,in order to help themintegrate into college life more smoothly,and also provide somereference for innovating the educational management of minoritystudents in China's colleges and universities.
