高职商务英语“四双型”教学团队建设的必要性及路径研究

摘　　要：随着我国职业教育的不断发展,改革不断深入,高职教育的培养目标也在不断提升,特别是在国家推行"一带一路"战略和创新创业教育背景下,"双师型"教学团队已经不能满足高职教育的新形势。鉴于此,本文以商务英语专业为案例,研究了"四双型"教师的内涵及其基本素养构成,探讨了建设"四双型"教学团队的必要性及基本路径。With the continuous development and deepening reformof vocational education in China,the training objectives ofhigher vocational education are also rising.In the background ofthe national strategy of the"Belt and Road Initiative"and innovationand entrepreneurship education,the"dual-qualification"teaching team can no longer meet the new situation of higher vocationaleducation.In view of this,taking the business Englishspecialty as the case,this paper studies the connotation andquality constitution of the"four-pronged"teaching team,anddiscusses the necessity and basic path of the“four-pronged”teaching team construction.
