摘 要:为探讨高温纤维素菌剂对生活垃圾堆肥的影响,研究在堆肥过程中添加了不同剂量和不同种类的微生物菌剂。分析了堆肥过程中各个阶段不同处理的温度、含水率、pH值、E4/E6、有机质、全氮、硝态氮、铵态氮、C/N、全磷、速效磷、全钾和速效钾的变化情况。研究表明接种微生物菌剂的处理使堆肥初期升温上升较快,堆肥效果好于空白对照处理。其中添加1%自制纤维素菌剂的处理升温速度较快,堆肥发酵后期含水率最低,腐殖化程度、有机质降解效率最高,C/N达到20时所用时间最短,全氮、硝态氮、铵态氮、全磷、速效磷、全钾和速效钾含量最高,堆肥效果最好。In order to investigate the effects of high temperature cellulose bacterium agent on properties of the living waste compost,different types and different dose of microbial agents were added to the compost in our tests.The variation trends in temperature,pH,E4/E6,C/N,organic matter,total N,P and K,nitrate nitrogen,water soluble ammonium,rapidly available P,rapidly available K,concentrations during composting were analyzed.The results indicated that the agent inoculation composting had a faster rise in starting temperature and better effect comparing without agent inoculation.The disposal of1%high temperature cellulose bacterium agent had the best effect on the living waste compost,in which temperature raised faster,the percentage of moisture was the lowest in the final stage of compost,the degree of humification and organic matter degradation efficiency was the highest,the time of C/N reaching to20was the shortest,and the total N,P and K content and nitrate nitrogen,water soluble ammonium,rapidly available P,rapidly available K content was the highest.
