微创美容技术修复急诊面部皮肤软组织外伤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析微创美容技术修复急诊面部皮肤软组织外伤的临床效果。方法将我院2014年06月至2016年01月期间收治的57例面部皮肤软组织外伤患者作为研究对象,对所有患者的伤口进行彻底清创止血后,应用微创整形美容外科技术修剪、缝合伤口,有皮肤缺损的患者进行局部皮瓣或植皮修复。观察患者的手术效果。结果伤口甲级愈合的患者有56例,对所有患者进行6~18各月的追踪随访,53例患者无疤痕增生、挛缩,不需进行Ⅱ期整形手术,均对手术效果感到满意,满意度为92.98%。结论采用微创美容技术对急诊面部皮肤软组织外伤患者进行美容修复,美容效果良好,能够显著减少患者的面部疤痕及畸形,提高患者的满意度,具有临床使用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive beauty technology in emergency facial skin soft tissue trauma.Methods A total of57patients with facial soft tissue injuries were treated in our hospital from June2014to January2016.after debridement and hemostasis,minimally invasive plastic surgery was used to trim and suture the wounds,and the patients with skin defects were repaired with local skin flaps or skin grafts.The effect of operation was observed.Results Among the56patients with grade a healing,56cases were followed up for6～18months.53cases without scar hypertrophy,contracture,noⅱplastic surgery were satisfied,the satisfaction was92.98%.Conclusion The minimally invasive beauty therapy for facial skin and soft tissue trauma patients with cosmetic repair,cosmetic effect is good,can significantly reduce the face of patients with facial scar and deformity,improve patient satisfaction,has clinical value.
