摘　　要：目的观察硅凝胶软膏联合CO_2点阵激光治疗剖宫产皮肤瘢痕的临床疗效。方法对我院2015年03月至2017年03月收治的92例剖宫产皮肤瘢痕患者进行分组研究,分为观察组和对照组,每组各46例,未行CO_2点阵激光治疗者作为对照组,观察组给予CO_2点阵激光联合硅凝胶软膏治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗有效率及瘢痕复发情况。结果两组患者经3个月治疗后,观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(χ~2=4.39,P<0.05);观察组随访3个月、6个月VSS评分均分别显著低于对照组,两组相比差异显著(t=4.42,8.93;P<0.05)。结论剖宫产皮肤瘢痕采用CO_2点阵激光联合硅凝胶软膏治疗疗效显著,复发率低,无明显不良反应,安全可靠值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of silicone gel ointment combined with CO2lattice laser in the treatment of skin scar of cesarean section.Methods A total of92patients with cesarean section skin scars were enrolled in our hospital from March2005to March2017.They were divided into observation group and control group,46patients in each group and no CO2lattice laser therapy as control Group,The observation group was treated with CO2lattice laser combined with silicone gel ointment,Comparison of the two groups of patients with clinical treatment efficiency and scar recurrence.Results The total effective rate of the two groups was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.39,P<0.05).The VSS scores of the three groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(t=4.42,8.93;P<0.05).Conclusion Cesarean section skin scar with CO2lattice laser combined with silicone gel ointment treatment was significant,low recurrence rate,no significant adverse reactions,safe and reliable worthy of clinical application.
