摘　　要：目的评估多源3DEEP射频技术在头面部皮肤紧致中的应用效果。方法 25名女性纳入研究,射频的仪器是个新的多源3DEEP射频技术仪,它可以使皮肤在保持正常的温度下,使胶原重组,达到紧致皮肤的目的。病人接受6周的治疗。三位有经验的美容科医师各自独立对治疗前后的照片进行评估,决定是否治疗有效。结果评估者对所有病人的治疗前后照片进行评估,认为23位病人均治疗有效。其中7人显著有效,13位中等有效,2位轻微有效,3人中途终止治疗。在治疗过程中,没有痛苦、副作用发生。结论新型的多源3DEEP射频技术在治疗头面部皮肤紧致方面安全有效。Objective To evaluate the effect of multi-source3DEEP radiofrequency ablation in the skin firming of the head and face.Methods25women included in the study,the radio frequency instrument is a new multi-source3DEEP RF technology instrument,it can make the skin to maintain the normal temperature,the collagen reorganization,to achieve the purpose of compact skin.The patient received6weeks of treatment.Three experienced beauty practitioners independently assessed the photographs before and after treatment to determine whether the treatment was effective.Results All the patients were evaluated before and after treatment,and all23patients were considered effective.Of which7were significantly effective,13were moderately effective,2were moderately effective,and3were discontinued.In the course of treatment,no pain and side effects occur.Conclusion The new multisource3DEEP radiofrequency technique is safe and effective in the treatment of skin firming of the head and face.
