强脉冲光联合口服异维A酸治疗痤疮的应用效果观察及研究

摘　　要：目的观察并研究强脉冲光联合口服异维A酸治疗痤疮的应用效果。方法选择2015年1月至2016年10月期间在本院治疗的68例痤疮患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(33例)和观察组(35例)。对照组采用强脉冲光治疗,观察组采用强脉冲光联合口服异维A酸治疗,比较两组治疗效果,观察两组患者炎性皮疹、非炎性皮疹及局部皮肤色素沉着消退时间,并监测不良反应情况。结果观察组痤疮总有效率(97.14%,34/35)显著高于对照组(81.89%,27/33),组间差异P<0.05。观察组患者炎性皮疹(4.24±1.34月)、非炎性皮疹(3.37±1.26月)和色素沉着消退时间(5.34±1.47月)均显著低于对照组(5.68±1.65月、4.69±1.13月、7.16±1.63月),组间差异P<0.05。观察组不良反应发生率(20.00%,7/35)略高于对照组(18.18%,6/33),组间差异P<0.05。结论痤疮患者应用强脉冲光联合口服异维A酸治疗效果可靠,可有效促进皮损尽快消退,有助于改善患者预后,临床应用安全性较高。Objective To observe and study the effect of strong pulsed light combined with oral isotretinoin in the treatment of acne.Methods Sixty-eight patients with acne treated in our hospital from January2015to October2016were randomly divided into control group(33cases)and observation group(35cases).The control group was treated with strong pulsed light.The observation group was treated with strong pulsed light combined with oral isotretinoin.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.The inflammatory rash,noninflammatory rash and local skin pigmentation subsided time were observed and monitored.Adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of acne in the observation group(97.14%,34/35)was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.89%,27/33).The difference between the groups was P<0.05.(4.44±1.34months),noninflammatory rash(3.37±1.6months)and pigmentation regression time(5.84.1.77months)were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(5.68±1.65months,4.69±1.13months,7.16±1.63months),the difference between groups P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(20.00%,7/35)was slightly higher than that in the control group(18.18%,6/33).The difference between the groups was P<0.05.Conclusion The application of strong pulsed light combined with oral isotretinoin in patients with acne is reliable and can effectively promote the regression of skin lesions as soon as possible,which can improve the prognosis of patients and improve the clinical safety.
